Ordo Animi is an independent enterprise architecture and technology strategy practice — partnering directly with CIOs, CTOs and executive leadership to establish architectural clarity across complex technology and transformation. We hold the architectural decisions through executive governance, so technology investment aligns with business strategy, security and long-term operational outcomes.

The problem I solve
Cloud, AI and transformation programmes rarely fail because of the technology. They fail because the architecture cannot support the decisions being made — ownership fragments, governance lives in documents instead of operating practice, and delivery teams inherit a target no one can actually build. That is where I engage: decision rights defined, governance that operates in practice, business and technology strategy aligned, and an executable target architecture delivery teams can implement.
I don’t produce architectural presentations. I build architecture that enables execution.
Delivery track record
Engagements where architecture had to survive contact with production — regulated environments, national scale, live cutovers.
EA governance across major infrastructure and digital transformation programmes. Defined target-state architectures, technology roadmaps and solution standards, and took the architectural decisions through executive forums so investment aligned with enterprise, security and operational requirements.
Target-state architecture · roadmaps · standardsLed the architecture for a statewide cybersecurity uplift and SD-WAN transformation. Aligned enterprise security to ISO 27001, Essential Eight and SABSA while governing the rollout of security platforms across hundreds of education sites.

Practice published and open to inspect — the framework I engage from and the practitioner method built on it. Few architects bring a body of work this deep to an engagement.
